This beautiful salon was born in a humble space in Shelton, CT in 2012. Nearly a decade, two gorgeous locations, and over 30 employees later, Luscious & Co has built a reputation for impeccable beauty services, a deep commitment to making our clients look and feel their best while providing sustainable careers for beauty professionals.

Founded by twin sisters Liz and Jessica Arrindell, former corporate sales managers turned beauty professionals, their intention was to build a business that brought joy and happiness to the women around them. Combining their business acumen with a passion for beauty and service, The Arrindells and their team take great pride in developing long-standing relationships with their clients.

While Luscious & Co may be in the business of hair and makeup, their work is so much more. It is their greatest honor and privilege to serve women and play a part in boosting their confidence. From haircuts and color to extensions, they want everyone who comes to Luscious & Co to not just see, but feel their spirit shine.
